1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the bk89 website located at https://bk89.io ("Platform"), including all associated services, products, features, betting markets, casino games, and payment facilities made available through the Platform. The Platform is operated by bk89 ("bk89", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing the bk89 Platform, registering a member account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any part of our services, you ("User", "Member", "you") confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by them.

2 Eligibility Requirements

• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one active bk89 account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Personal Use: You must register and use bk89 solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. Use of the Platform on behalf of a third party, or for any commercial purpose, is not permitted.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. By registering, you represent that you have such capacity.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary or otherwise, on bk89 or any related platform at the time of registration or continued use.

bk89 reserves the right to refuse service, suspend, or permanently close any account that does not meet these eligibility requirements at any time, with or without prior notice.

3 Account Registration

To access bk89 services, you must complete the account registration process and create a member account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You further agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

bk89 may require identity verification at any stage, including but not limited to registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to suspicious account activity. Acceptable verification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification document. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

• You must provide a valid, personal email address and mobile number that you own and control.
• Your registered name must match the name on your identity documents and on the payment accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank account) you use for transactions on bk89.
• bk89 does not permit the use of fictitious names, pseudonyms, or the names of third parties for account registration.
• Accounts registered with false information are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of all funds.

bk89 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to state a reason.

4 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bk89 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account.

You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances. bk89 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from bk89 and asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to bk89 support immediately.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised such activity.
• You must notify bk89 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• bk89 recommends the use of a strong, unique password and enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication for your account.
• bk89 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

5 Deposits & Payments

All deposits made to bk89 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bk89 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Additional minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply to specific payment methods and are displayed at the time of deposit.

Deposits made via supported mobile wallet services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your bk89 account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer to process, subject to the policies of the relevant financial institution.

• All payment accounts used for deposits must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your bk89 account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• bk89 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or mismatched payment sources and to suspend the associated member account pending investigation.
• Deposits made in error cannot be refunded once wagered. Please ensure the correct deposit amount is entered before confirming any transaction.
• bk89 does not charge fees on standard BDT deposit transactions. Fees charged by your payment provider are your own responsibility.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted from your bk89 account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices.

bk89 requires identity verification to be completed before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals submitted by members who have not completed verification may be held until the verification process is finalised. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

• Withdrawal requests submitted during standard processing hours are typically processed within 60 minutes to mobile wallet accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving financial institution.
• bk89 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend processing times.
• Bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or in breach of these Terms will result in forfeiture of those funds and account closure.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

bk89 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to members from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence with respect to that promotion only.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Member: Unless otherwise stated, each bonus offer is available to each eligible member only once. Claiming multiple accounts to receive the same bonus constitutes abuse and will result in account closure.
• Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonus funds will be removed from the account automatically.

8 Betting Rules

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the bk89 system. A confirmation reference number will be issued for each accepted wager.

• Palpable Errors: Any bet accepted due to a manifest or obvious pricing error may be voided by bk89 at its sole discretion, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

9 Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on bk89 — including live dealer games, slots, table games, and crash games — are governed by the rules of the respective game provider (including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe) in addition to the general terms set out herein.

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or by live physical dealing processes, depending on the game type.

bk89 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in the investigation of suspected financial crime, fraud, or match manipulation involving the Platform or its members.

11 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, create derivative works from, sell, or commercially exploit any content from the bk89 Platform without the prior written consent of bk89.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bk89 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the bk89 Platform or any service offered therein.

bk89 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. bk89 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

In no event shall bk89's total aggregate liability to any member exceed the total net deposits made by that member to their bk89 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

bk89 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the bk89 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bk89 implements industry-standard SSL encryption across all pages and transactions on the Platform to protect member data in transit. bk89 does not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent.

15 Amendments to These Terms

bk89 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the bk89 Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting bk89 support.

16 Governing Terms & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the Bangladesh market.

In the event of a dispute between a member and bk89 regarding the interpretation or application of these Terms, the parties agree to first seek resolution through bk89's internal dispute resolution process. Members may contact bk89 support at [email protected] to initiate a formal dispute.

bk89's decisions regarding disputes related to game outcomes, bet settlements, bonus eligibility, and account standing are final, subject only to demonstrable error on the part of bk89.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bk89 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
